AMEND FURTHER on lines 34 and on lines 63 and 64 by striking "Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and inserting in lieu thereof "Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)"

AMEND FURTHER on line 72 by striking "Fifteen" and inserting in lieu thereof "Ten"

AMEND FURTHER on line 73 by striking "$15,000.00" and inserting in lieu thereof "$10,000.00"

AMEND FURTHER the title on line 10 after the semicolon by inserting the following: "TO REVISE THE PUBLIC PURCHASING SECTION TO LOWER THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF A PURCHASE THAT A GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY MAY MAKE WITHOUT ADVERTISING FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS FROM $10,000.00 TO $5,000.00, WHICH WAS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT BEFORE IT WAS INCREASED DURING THE 1998 LEGISLATIVE SESSION;"
